- Conduct telephone assessments with overseas candidates (each assessment lasts approximately 45 minutes).
- Schedule and manage assessments efficiently using Microsoft office.
- Review overseas eye-test results to determine suitability or request additional information/re-tests (full training provided).
- Documenting assessment outcomes in the system with accuracy (full training provided).
- Ensure strict adherence to MoD policies and procedures.
- Work flexible shifts (including day and evening screenings) to accommodate global time zones.
- Extensive clinical and medical assessment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High clinical standards and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Teams.
