We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Nurse to conduct telephone-based pre-assessments for overseas candidates applying to join the Royal Navy & Royal Marines.This position would be suitable for a Band 7 Nurse with excellent all-round knowledge and ideally previous medical assessment experience.Job Responsibilities:

Conduct telephone assessments with overseas candidates (each assessment lasts approximately 45 minutes).
Schedule and manage assessments efficiently using Microsoft office.
Review overseas eye-test results to determine suitability or request additional information/re-tests (full training provided).
Documenting assessment outcomes in the system with accuracy (full training provided).
Ensure strict adherence to MoD policies and procedures.
Work flexible shifts (including day and evening screenings) to accommodate global time zones.

Person Specification:We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Band 7 Nurse with:

Extensive clinical and medical assessment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High clinical standards and attention to detail.
A proactive, solution-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Teams.
