Role Overview: As a Health Visitor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families and promoting child health and development. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme.
• Offering guidance to families on child health and development.
• Collaborating with multi-agency teams for integrated care.
• Conducting health assessments and evaluations.
• Promoting wellbeing across families and communities.
• Maintaining accurate records as per NHS standards.

Requirements:

• SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
• NMC Registration
• Experience with child protection and multi-agency collaboration
• Strong understanding of child health agendas
• Ability to travel between locations
