This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a highly reputable and experienced company.

This company has offices in Europe, Asia, and America, but operates in almost every country. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing.

In this role your responsibilities will include liaising directly with the customers, assisting with machine issues, ensuring framework testing is kept up to date, maintain all relevant documentation, procedures, training documents. Ideally you will have good mechanical and electrical knowledge as well as being IT literate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take a step up from a field service engineer role, and become the technical specialist on specific product join and join a multi-national offering stability and security, a great bonus scheme, as well as progression and development opportunities.

The Role:

  • Liaising directly with the customers, assisting with machine issues, ensuring framework testing is kept up to date, maintain all relevant documentation, procedures, training documents.
  • Full product knowledge training given
  • Based out of Milton Keynes site, travel across UK & Ireland required (33%) Some hybrid working available
  • Up to £45,000 per annum plus car allowance

The Person:

  • Mechanical and Electrical background, working on a range of products/machinery
  • Product knowledge with bank note sorting machinery would be highly desirable
  • IT Literate across a range of packages
