Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in planning, executing, and technically driving projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Showcase your expertise in email and SharePoint migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless collaboration for our clients.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Intune and Azure to implement effective device management and leverage cloud solutions.
  • Conduct audits and transfer services from multiple partner portals and tenants, identifying potential issues and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Implement and migrate telephony solutions, ensuring robust and reliable communication systems for our clients.
  • Deploy and script app deployments via N-able, ensuring efficient and effective software rollouts.
  • Build out technical processes such as build processes, which include Intune, MDT, or Mosyle, ensuring they are well-documented and shared with service delivery teams.
  • Confidently lead technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and third parties, providing expert guidance and ensuring clear communication.
  • Complete recommendations documents for handover to the Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) for future sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of various platforms, including Windows, Google, Apple, O365, Group Policies, and more.
  • Ensure high-level expertise in firewalls and domain transfers, maintaining security and integrity across all technical projects.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues proactively, ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading technical projects, ideally within a Managed Service Provider setting.
  • Strong expertise in email and SharePoint migrations, with a track record of successful implementations.
  • Solid understanding of Intune and Azure, enabling efficient device management and utilization of cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Ability to audit and transfer services from multiple partner portals and tenants.
  • Proficiency in implementing and migrating telephony systems.
  • Expertise in deploying and scripting applications via N-able or other platforms.
  • High-level understanding of firewalls, domain transfers, and cross-platform technologies (Windows, Google, Apple, O365, Group Policies, etc.).
  • Ability to build and document technical processes, ensuring smooth integration and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Confidence to lead technical discussions with clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties.
