My client is looking for a talented and passionate Architectural Technologist to join their CIAT chartered practice in Milton Keynes. The team creates innovative designs across the Residential, Education, Community and Commercial sectors. There are a range of exciting projects on the horizon and the team is looking forward to welcoming an Architectural Technologist to the team.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and will have excellent Revit abilities. You will have strong technical abilities and the motivation to continue progressing your career.

Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience in a UK-based architecture practice
  • CIAT accredited, or working toward accreditation
  • Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with clients and the wider team
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes
  • Revit experience is essential
