My client is looking for an Architectural Technologist with strong technical abilities to join their CIAT chartered practice in Milton Keynes. The team works across the Residential, Education, Community and Commercial sectors whilst ensuring innovative designs are produced and budget and timelines are kept. There are a range of exciting projects on the horizon and the team is looking forward to welcoming an Architectural Technologist to the team.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and will have excellent Revit abilities. You will have excellent technical abilities and the motivation to continue progressing your career.

Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience in a UK-based architecture practice
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • CIAT accredited, or working toward accreditation
  • Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Liaise with clients and the wider team
  • Revit experience is essential
