I am delighted to be supporting a leading Architectural Practice whose award-winning projects and designs span a range of sectors including Retail, industrial and commercial to name a few. This large dynamic and forward-thinking practice are split across five offices with over 160 talented staff from Ecologists, to Interior Design to Project Managers and Architects. This award winning practice has earnt themselves an excellent reputation for their design flare and commitment supporting their staff with excellent progression opportunities. With a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a passionate Intermediate Architectural Technician to join their team in Milton Keynes.

The successful candidate will be a driven and passionate Intermediate Architectural Technician, who will have post qualification experience and be a confident user of AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Intermediate Architectural Technician:

  • HND/HNC or Degree in Architectural Technology
  • Sufficient Post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice
  • Excellent technical abilities
  • Experience working across retail projects as well as other sector experience
  • Proven record working across small - large scale projects
  • Capable at liaising confidently with clients and contractors
  • Client facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Experience using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Proactive approach to development
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Capable at working well in a team environment and independently
  • Keen eye for detail
