Robert Half is partnering with a leading manufacturing company commutable from Bedford, Northampton and Milton Keynes, seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking for flexible working hours, with up to 25 hours per week available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and processing credit notes efficiently.
- Managing credit limits and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Conducting bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Supporting credit control duties to optimise cash flow and reduce aged debt.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues or queries.
About You:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Good understanding of bank reconciliations and credit control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum (on a full-time equivalent basis).
