Accounts Payable Administrator
- Efficient management and operation of the purchase ledger
- Processing invoices and reconciliations in a timely manner
- Handling supplier queries and building strong professional relationships
- Bank reconciliations & assisting the financial accountant
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the Accounting & Finance department
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- A strong understanding of the professional services industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
