About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to provide cover. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our AR function across both UK and US units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the AR function, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements with a fresh perspective.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and our customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an AR role, with a strong understanding of AR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
