- Responsible for regularly updating the CRM system.
- Monitoring All cash and cheques received directly into the office.
- Verifying Bank Statements.
- Ensure income is correctly allocated.
- Ensure relevant documents received are scanned recorded.
- Ensure all finance administration is updated on systems.
About you:
- Must have at least 6 months of finance administration experience
- Proactive and hands on.
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Have a can-do attitude.
