Temporary Finance Administrator Milton Keynes£12.30 - £12.82 per hour Part time, 3 days a week - 9am - 5pm 3-month temporary PositionOur client is an amazing charity based in Milton Keynes, looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a short-term temporary basis.As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing all donations coming into the business and processing invoices, analysing reports, and updating where necessary.Responsibilities include;
  • Responsible for regularly updating the CRM system.
  • Monitoring All cash and cheques received directly into the office.
  • Verifying Bank Statements.
  • Ensure income is correctly allocated.
  • Ensure relevant documents received are scanned recorded.
  • Ensure all finance administration is updated on systems.

About you:

  • Must have at least 6 months of finance administration experience
  • Proactive and hands on.
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Have a can-do attitude.
