We are currently looking for a Production Operative, if this is something of interest then please get in touch.

Our client based in Newport Pagnell are currently recruiting for on a Temp to Perm basis.

Job Purpose

The Production Operative is responsible for supporting the manufacturing or production processes by operating air guns, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production tools or equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing or assembly processes.
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assemble and pack products as per company specifications and customer requirements.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
  • Report any faults or issues with equipment or materials to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Monitor production levels and notify supervisors of any discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output and waste levels.

  • Attention to detail and focus on quality control.
  • Basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
  • Ability to operate tools safely.
  • Good communication skills to report issues and work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet production targets.

Hours of work

8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
