Our client based in Newport Pagnel are currently recruting for a production operative on a temp to perm basis. Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Job Purpose

The Production Operative is responsible for supporting the manufacturing or production processes by operating air guns, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production toolsor equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing or assembly processes.
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assemble and pack products as per company specifications and customer requirements.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
  • Report any faults or issues with equipment or materials to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Monitor production levels and notify supervisors of any discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output and waste levels.
