They’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Contact Centre Team Manager who’ll be responsible for managing a team of 10 Customer Service & Sales Advisors at their contact centre operation in Milton Keynes. About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Manager who will manage a team of Customer Service & Sales Advisors. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. The business is fast paced, dynamic, operate within a regulated environment and have a fantastic culture. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working in a Contact Centre Team Leader or Team Manager position but is also open to considering someone who has experience managing teams of people within customer service or sales operations outside of a traditional contact centre environment. Competitive SalaryKey Responsibilities + Coaching and development of staff+ 1-2-1’s and documented coaching+ Motivation and staff morale+ Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions+ Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s   Logistics The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Milton Keynes. Hours operate within a shift pattern, and the office operating shifts are either 8:30am to 5:30pm (early), 9am to 6pm (mid), or 10:30am to 7pm (late). You will only ever work one late shift per week, and staff will be required to work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, from 9am to 1pm. Interview Process There will be a two-stage interview process starting with a screening call followed by an in-person interview process, and our client are looking to meet candidates immediately to secure their new Team Manager ASAP.  This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP.
