Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator for a full-time position, initially on a 6-month temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.

Salary: Above minimum wage

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours/week)This is an onsite role based near Crownhill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders and arranging deliveries.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse, branches, and manufacturing plant on production lead times and shipment schedules
  • Handling enquiries and complaints from UK distributors and customers
  • Assisting Sales Engineers with quotations, stocktakes, and administrative tasks.
  • General admin and filing

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in customer service or sales order processing
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accustomed to various software.
  • Accurate typing skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a small team environment is beneficial.
