They’re currently looking to recruit a Contact Centre Team Manager who’ll be responsible for managing a team of 12 Customer Service & Sales Advisors at their contact centre operation in Milton Keynes.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Contact Centre Team Manager to lead a team of Customer Service & Sales Advisors. This role has been created due to internal progression, highlighting the company’s commitment to career development. Our client is experiencing an exciting period of growth within a fast-paced, dynamic, and regulated environment, offering a fantastic company culture. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working in a Contact Centre Team Leader or Team Manager position but is also open to considering someone who has experience managing teams of people within customer service or sales operations outside of a traditional contact centre environment.Salary & Benefits£42,000 with access to a great benefits package!Key Responsibilities + Coaching and development of staff+ 1-2-1’s and documented coaching+ Motivation and staff morale+ Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions+ Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s   Logistics The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Milton Keynes. Hours operate within a shift pattern, and the office operating shifts are either 8:30am to 5:30pm (early), 9am to 6pm (mid), or 10:30am to 7pm (late). You will only ever work one late shift per week, and staff will be required to work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, from 9am to 1pm.  This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP.
