We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in an upmarket staff canteen. We are providing breakfast and lunch for staff within a busy corporate office building.
Boki is a young, ambitious company who are bringing an authentic modern cafe offering into corporate offices.
Open Mon-Fri only this will be a great opportunity to excel in the hospitality industry while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We envision an efficient kitchen with one chef, one kitchen porter and support from the front of house team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets high standards
- Help create innovative menus and recipes while considering dietary restrictions
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Proficient in various culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including supervising staff and maintaining equipment
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations within a hospitality or restaurant environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
