The chef de partie we are looking for will have experience gained in busy high volume restaurants, hotels, pubs or contract catering operations.
It will suit someone looking for a great work life balance and a lovely company and bunch of people to work for.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook the all fresh regularly changing company menu
- Work alongside and support the senior chefs - run shifts
- Maintain high standards
- Help to order stock and control wastage
- Work closely with the FOH team
KEY EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
- Experience as a chef de partie in busy high volume restaurants, pubs, hotels, contract catering operations etc
- A hands-on approach
- Passion for cooking with fresh produce
- A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
