Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef for our client's B&I contract catering site in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for both Retail and Hospitality. You must be passionate about sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and comfortable catering for multiple outlets.Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
