  • Business Development Manager position promoting a high quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication such as: aluminium rainscreen cladding panels, façade systems, insulated panels, aluminium pressing
  • Majority of your time will be spent dealing with and selling to specialist facades, rainscreen & curtain walling sub-contractors
  • May have smaller interaction with main contractors and architects
  • Working on projects in both the residential & commercial market sector on projects such as: hotels, universities, hospitals, hotels, office blocks etc
  • Project sizes range from £20k-£1m

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Facades & Cladding Systems - Facades with:

  • Must have field sales experience selling related systems for example: cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, insulation etc
  • Must have sold to specialist facades, rainscreen & curtain walling sub-contractors
  • Must be technical minded and able to overcome technical queries
  • Commercially astute, professional, organised and a logical thinker
  • Positive, professional and customer service orientated
