On Offer for Business Development Manager:
- Basic Salary £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Key Duties for Business Development Manager:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand our client base.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
- Identify and approach potential new clients through calls, market research, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
- Represent EAC Consulting Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
- Strong use of social media platforms such as Linkedin to develop brand awareness and digital networking
Ideal Business Development Manager:
- Strong and demonstrated experience in business development or sales.
- Strong skills winning business through a variety of sales channels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of the local Milton Keynes business landscape.
