Role Overview

As a Customer Service Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Administration duties
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Building relationships with existing and new clients
  • Advising the different services available
  • Responding to enquiries within the stated SLA
