We're working with one of the UK's leading niche insurance brands as they seek a Customer Retention Manager in a newly created role, to head up the development of their customer retention/Email marketing strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidates experienced in marketing automation / triggered emails, and with strong data analysis skills to lead their future CRM strategy. The position is home based with a funded visit to London required on average once or maximum twice a month, and a few team building events a year.

Ability required:

  • Proven experience in customer retention/email marketing role for a B2C business

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
