Walker & Sloan is seeking a Franchise Manager to join a forward-thinking food delivery brand dedicated to providing quality, convenience, and exceptional service. As Franchise Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence, supporting franchise partners, and enhancing customer experiences across the East region.

About the Role

This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with franchise site owners, empowering them to achieve exceptional results. You’ll provide hands-on support for daily operations, overseeing areas such as stock management, financial administration, telesales, and delivery logistics. By analyzing performance data and developing strategic business plans, you’ll guide site owners in identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency while implementing effective local marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will also include onboarding and training new franchise partners, ensuring they are well-versed in operational procedures and compliance standards for health, safety, and food quality. You’ll roll out innovative initiatives through personalized coaching sessions and both virtual and in-person training, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each franchise. By fostering strong relationships with franchisees, you’ll provide actionable insights and strategies to address performance gaps, maintain brand consistency, and achieve key business objectives.

Your proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and motivating individuals will enable you to support franchise partners in achieving their goals.
