Graduate Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Attend meetings, strategy sessions and key business discussions to learn from and support the Managing Director
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with business goals
- Provide administrative and research support to the MD on key projects
- Manage and lead various projects business projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company’s strategic objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources and track deliverables
- Report on project progress to stakeholders and ensure the timely achievement of project goals
- Analyse business metrics and provide insights on operational performance
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Managing Director to use in executive meetings for strategic discussions
- Work on streamlining business processes, identifying bottlenecks and prosing improvements to increase efficiency across the organisation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and enhance cross-functional communication
- Facilitate communication between the MD and internal teams and external partners
- Represent the Managing Director in meetings when necessary and follow up on actionable items
- to ensure business objectives are met.
- Learn leadership and management skills by actively participating in high-level decision-making and team leadership activities.
- Provide input on talent management, organisational design, and employee development initiatives as part of the broader HR and business strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school with a focus on management, marketing or business strategy.
While prior experience is not required any internships or work in project management, marketing or business operations is a plus.
- A passion for digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Understanding of project management principles with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and provide strategic insights
- Ability to understand the broader business objectives and align projects and tasks accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and
- concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leadership and across departments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
