Are you a proactive and dynamic sales professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join our vibrant sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to drive sales and develop strong customer relationships.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Proactively seek and take customer orders using telephone and email, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Utilise our advanced computer system for order processing and other sales-related activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing non-sales related inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Play a key role in monitoring and developing existing customer accounts and opening new ones.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about products, pricing, special offers, and technical advice.
  • Collect and relay market information including competitor products, market trends, and pricing to the sales team.
  • Address customer and end-user queries, including returns, warranty claims, and provide technical advice when necessary.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of sales, marketing, and technical materials.
  • Participate in shows, exhibitions, and events, contributing to their preparation and execution.
  • Occasionally visit both existing and potential customers to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a role that involves telephone-based customer interaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for sales processing and data management.
