My client is seeking a dynamic, driven Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Basic Salary: £24,000k - £28,000k Plus uncapped commission

OTE First Year up to £65,000k

Location: Milton Keynes - Office Based, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage in 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients and drive new business opportunities.
  • Close approved deals.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and businesses.
  • Prepare accurate proposals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows.
  • Review performance and meet/exceed targets.
  • Handle inbound leads promptly, driving conversions through consistent follow-ups via phone and email.
  • Re-engage old leads to generate new opportunities.
  • Review performance regularly to exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on products to provide the best client solutions.

Skills and experience:

  • 2+ years sales experience with proven target success.
  • Experience in B2B and or B2C.
  • Strong phone skills; positive and engaging.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated in fast-paced, competitive settings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisation and time management.
  • Committed to exceptional customer service and compliance.
