Through innovation and an unwavering commitment to quality, catering to discerning clients in sectors such as interior design, architecture, and bespoke projects.Role DescriptionReporting directly to the CEO, the UK Sales Manager will oversee all operational and strategic sales functions for the UK market. This role is pivotal in leading and developing the sales team to exceed targets, driving growth across B2B channels, and expanding the trade program. The successful candidate will foster strong client relationships, drive proactive engagement within trade and specifier markets, and align sales strategies with business goals to achieve the company’s ambitious growth objectives. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, top-tier partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term sales success.
  • Partner with executive leaders and senior management to set and achieve sales targets, providing the team with clarity on monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of trade strategies and programs, including value propositions for specifier markets such as contractors, architects, and the A&D community.
  • Act as a senior member of the leadership team, embodying and promoting the company’s core values.
  • Research and identify new sales opportunities within key industry verticals, including office fit-outs, hospitality, stadiums, hotels, and event management companies.
  • Generate and manage leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and collaboration with marketing demand-generation programs.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Develop customer value propositions in collaboration with product and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with market needs and trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts, ensuring predictability and transparency in account management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with the sales team, providing mentorship and feedback to improve performance and close rates.
 Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience working with premium brands, ideally in the high-end homeware, interior solutions, or construction sector.
  • Confident in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (‘hunter’ mentality).
  • Proficient in CRM systems, with strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
