Position: Qualified Nursery Worker

Staff Location: Milton Keynes Contract

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Following all safeguarding and compliance procedures in line with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • Experience working in a nursery setting or similar childcare environment.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
