Position: Qualified Nursery Worker
Staff Location: Milton Keynes Contract
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Following all safeguarding and compliance procedures in line with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Experience working in a nursery setting or similar childcare environment.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
