Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a highly acquisitive start-up organisation to recruit a Group Commercial Director.

Group Commercial Director - Remote (commutable to Milton Keynes) - £65,000 - £75,000 plus employee profit shares and bonus schemes.

Reporting directly to the Founders the Group Commercial Director, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and driving growth within the group companies. The ideal candidate will be a commercial leader with a track record of developing and deliver successful commercial strategies.

Role

Responsibilities for the Group Commercial Director will include:

  • Aid the SMT with creating achievable sales targets and supporting them reach and exceed growth milestones.
  • Design, develop and implement business development, sales, strategic marketing, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop a comprehensive strategic plan and vision for the group companies.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the SMT of each group company, fostering a culture of high performance through challenging, coaching, and implementing best practices.

  • It is essential the candidate is a self-starter
  • A depth of experience of commercial and marketing strategies
  • Able to develop and deliver successful commercial strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High degree of commercial acumen
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Able to work within tight deadlines
  • Results orientated, with a desire to succeed
