We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Marketing & Communications to drive brand growth, engagement, and digital acquisition. Leading a high-performing team, you’ll shape bold strategies, craft compelling storytelling, and expand their reach to inspire action. With a data-driven, commercially focused mindset, you’ll balance innovation with ROI, maximizing fundraising and supporter engagement. Using cutting-edge digital marketing, PR, and brand campaigns, you’ll build awareness, trust, and commitment to our mission - scaling Child Sponsorship and other income-generating programs to transform more lives.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Senior marketing leadership experience, preferably from a commercial, FMCG, retail, or digital-first background.
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital marketing, performance marketing, and acquisition strategies.
- Strong brand positioning and strategic comms expertise, with experience handling PR, crisis comms, and influencer partnerships.
- Data-driven approach—comfortable with analytics, KPIs, ROI measurement, and financial performance tracking.

Salary: Circa ÂŁ75,000
