Temp - 6 week seasonal role We are looking for candidates who are immediately available. 37.5 hours £13.00Our client is looking for a Client Support Representative to join their dynamic team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you’ll be part of a small team, collaborating to provide exceptional customer service and support for orders and inquiries.Key Qualifications:• GCSE pass in English and Maths, or a Functional Skills qualification in English and Maths• At least 1 year of customer or client service experienceDesirable Skills:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)• Experience with administrative and clerical processes• Clear and effective communication via phone and emailResponsibilities:• Handle process requests from internal and external clients, primarily through phone and email, using a ticketing system.• Act as the main point of contact for retail customers and provide secondary support for publishers when required.• Manage inventory, order entry, support, work orders, stock reservations, and reporting.
