We are working with a professional membership organisation who are looking to add to their busy administration team

The role will be to provide support to the enquiry services team by providing efficient categorisation of the query ensuring a first class delivery to all customers.

Working hours will normally be 9:00 to 17:00, however some shift work may be needed during peak periods to support the wider team with flexible shift rotation from 7am -7pm. There ill also be hybrid working on offer.

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Triage and categorise email and webform enquiries
  • Manage basic enquiries during peak periods
  • Identify returned post and emails updating contact details to maintain successful engagement with users
  • Support the advisory teams with administrative tasks, customer record processing, data cleansing and producing verification letters where needed
  • Ensure that user data is protected in line with organisational policies and that subject access requests are identified and escalated within 24 hours.

Essential Skills for a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and prioritise own workload
  • Experience of printing, scanning and mail-merge would be advantageous
