Customer Service Advisor
Location: Milton KeynesSalary: £11.50 - £12.00 per hour (depending on experience)Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm and two Saturday per month - 8:00am - 13.00pm

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive exceptional support, handling enquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Provide exceptional telephone and email support to customers
- Assist with tracking and locating parcels
- Make outgoing calls to customers for follow-ups
- Gather feedback to enhance products and services
- Create FAQs and customer help documentation
- Support the affiliate program and handle claims
- Address customer order queries and manage returns
- Process product repairs and respond to customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Data Protection policies
Experience Required for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
