Duties and Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Provide exceptional telephone and email support to customers
  • Assist with tracking and locating parcels
  • Make outgoing calls to customers for follow-ups
  • Gather feedback to enhance products and services
  • Create FAQs and customer help documentation
  • Support the affiliate program and handle claims
  • Address customer order queries and manage returns
  • Process product repairs and respond to customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Data Protection policies

Experience Required for a Customer Service Advisor:
