Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor:
- Managing high volume inbound calls
- Take responsibility for resolving enquiries within SLA’s
- Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation
- Manage busy inbox, responding to enquires quickly and efficiently
What you need for the Customer Service Advisor:
- Telephone Customer Service experience.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Work to deadlines.
