Are you well-presented have excellent customer service skills and a professional manner
We are looking for someone ideally with construction / property experience to provide prompt and efficient service to customers both internal and externally. Plus, you will be expected to maximising revenue opportunities, administer paperwork and providing outstanding customer service to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximise sales opportunities at every opportunity
- Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries or orders from customers and provide accurate information
- Ensure paperwork and procedures for hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, asset administration, are adhered to
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure required equipment is available
- Co-ordinate Drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers efficiently and on time
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Work within the Health & Safety Policy of the Company to ensure safe working practises
Due to the location a Full Driving Licence and transport are required.
