  • Managing high volume outbound calls, reach out to individuals about outstanding membership fees, subscriptions, declarations, and applications.
  • Work towards challenging targets and manage enquiries to completion, aiming for 5-star satisfaction scores.
  • Identify and contact individuals who have unpaid fees or subscriptions, update contact information, and help drive organizational growth.
  • Assist members and students by understanding their journey and highlighting the value of available products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, ensure data protection, and assist with data cleansing to enhance accuracy for future interactions.

Key Skills or a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Telephone Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in debt chasing/retention or sales.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Work to deadlines.
