Job Title: Customer Service Co-Ordinator

A leading brand is seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their team in Central Milton Keynes. As the first point of contact for customers, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for customer queries and provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Monitor customer orders, proactively identifying any potential issues and taking necessary action to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system, documenting any relevant information or changes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover from sales to customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Handle escalated customer complaints, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to reach a satisfactory resolution.
- Review customer feedback and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practises to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, and be proactive in resolving customer issues.
