Our reputable client is currently seeking a Customer Service Support Advisor to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will come from a customer service background and is required to have experience within the optical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding optical queries.
- Oversee day to day running of customer returns.
- Receiving and processing optical orders from customers by telephone, fax, post or e-mail.
- Dealing with customers’ enquiries about products, pricing, availability, promotions and account balances.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Have practical knowledge of optics (essential).
- Have relevant and demonstrable experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel and product/customer databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
