Intercounty Truck & Van Ltd has been operating as a Mercedes-Benz franchise for 20 years covering the five counties of Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire with dedicated commercial vehicle dealerships to support our customer base.

As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner

• Checking in vehicles, including entering customer and vehicle information on internal software

• Creating quotations for customer on repairs and works, ensuring the customer is happy

• Arranging vehicle pick up date, time method and location with the customer

• Monitoring repair and works status, keeping the customer up to date

• Explaining and handing over the repair and work details to the workshop team

• Performing visual inspections of vehicles before and after any works conducted

• To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service and Workshop teams

As the Service Advisor, you will have the following:

• Experience in the automotive sector desirable

• Experience in a customer contact and customer support position

• General IT Skills including Microsoft Office Applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy working in a team environment

Shifts:

07:00 – 16:00 (30 min lunch)
