Their work will directly influence key areas such as sales, marketing, operations, and product development, helping to drive measurable business impact. Role DescriptionAs a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and managing our data systems. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data to support decision-making across the business. Your work will directly impact sales, marketing, operations, and product development by providing valuable insights and improving efficiency.  Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a centralised database, integrating data from different sources such as CRM, website analytics, and inventory systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Create automated reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
  • Analyse sales trends, marketing performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support teams across the business by providing data insights to improve decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  Qualifications Required for the RoleEssential:
  • Proven experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Strong skills in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in automating reports and building dashboards.
Desirable:
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, or a product-based business.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
  • Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages.
  • Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and data integration.
