• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of all students.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance learning outcomes.

• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to the teacher on individual needs.

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
