Job DescriptionPeripatetic Home Manager - Home Counties40 hours per weekSalary: £65,000 - £68,000 + Car allowance We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Peripatetic Manager to join our client's managerial team, supporting multiple care homes across the home counties and Oxfordshire area. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure exceptional care for residents in five nursing homes and two residential homes. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to high-quality care and regulatory excellence.Qualifications
  • Nursing Qualification: Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Home Manager or Peripatetic Manager in a nursing or care environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships.
