My client is looking for a talented and passionate Architectural Technician to join their well-established team in Milton Keynes. The CIAT and RIBA chartered practice creates innovative designs across the Residential, Community, Education and Commercial sectors whilst ensuring budget and timelines are kept. The practice has a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are looking forward to welcoming an Architectural Technician to the team.

The successful Architectural Technician will have significant experience post qualification and will have excellent Revit abilities. You will have strong technical abilities and the motivation to continue progressing your career.

Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience in a UK-based architecture practice
  • CIAT accredited, or working toward accreditation
  • Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop and refine design solutions
  • Revit experience is essential
