KM4HR are recruiting an experienced Employee Relations specialist for their Milton Keynes based client.

Working in a newly structured team, with focussed stakeholder groups, you will be providing ER support handing escalated and more complex cases through to completion.

You will need to be a confident and articulate communicator to support line managers with varying levels of grievance from coaching for initial conversations through to providing expert advice in challenging cases. As part of the wider ER team working with first line advisors you may also be involved in mentoring colleagues and upskilling internally to support the business.

This position will suit experienced HR Advisors looking to specialise in employee relations or experienced ER professionals who want to join a large, fast paced evolving business.

Areas of responsibility will include;

- Responding to and resolving escalated ER queries

- Coaching line managers on subjects such as performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, diversity and tribunals

- Providing internal training and advice to front line ER colleagues

- Supporting policy reviews and offering guidance when needed

- Advising management of ER trends and risks and advising on opportunities to improve

- Collating information for tribunals and ensuring records are thoroughly maintained and accurate in real time

- Collaboratively work with other departments on ER related projects
