A leader of high-performance RF and microwave signal processing, conditioning, and electromagnetic interference protection technology, specialising in the defence, space, aerospace, and government sectors are currently on the lookout for an RF Engineering Director.

In this role you will orchestrate the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge RF technology, products and systems. You will oversee, mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, and play a major part in shaping the strategic direction of RF projects. Some other responsibilities include:


  • Develop the RF Engineering strategy, aligning with the companys broader goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in RF design processes, tools and methodologies
  • Lead and manage the RF Engineering Team, fostering a culture of innovation.


Requirements of the RF Engineering Director


  • Strong experience in RF Engineering coming with at least 2 years experience in a Leadership role.
  • Track record of leading successful RF projects from concept to production.
  • Expertise in RF design including transmitters, receivers, antennas and communication systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, good communication & collaboration skills
