As they embark on an exciting growth phase, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support their senior management team.

Role Overview:In this pivotal role, you'll provide essential support to senior executives, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be key in contributing to the company's success in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Prepare and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise and coordinate impactful events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient operation.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably within logistics.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
