They are seeking a talented Internal Recruitment Manager to attract and recruit Mortgage Advisors to their growing team.

Role Overview:

As an Internal Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting experienced mortgage advisors. This is a key role in ensuring that top talent aligns with our client’s core values and business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and drive a strategy to fill positions in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a plan for attracting directly authorised mortgage advisors to meet the company’s expansion needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the candidate's skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our client as an employer of choice by highlighting their work culture, benefits, and career development opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and industry professionals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers to successful candidates and support them through the on-boarding process.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and improve the hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services or mortgage advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage and financial services industry.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting directly authorised mortgage advisors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for talent acquisition.

Desirable:

  • Background in recruitment within the mortgage or financial services sector.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, and others.
  • Ability to work to set targets and KPIs.
