They are seeking a talented Internal Recruitment Manager to attract and recruit Mortgage Advisors to their growing team.
Role Overview:
As an Internal Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting experienced mortgage advisors. This is a key role in ensuring that top talent aligns with our client’s core values and business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and drive a strategy to fill positions in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a plan for attracting directly authorised mortgage advisors to meet the company’s expansion needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the candidate's skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Promote our client as an employer of choice by highlighting their work culture, benefits, and career development opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and industry professionals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to successful candidates and support them through the on-boarding process.
- Recruitment Reporting: Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and improve the hiring process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services or mortgage advisory.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage and financial services industry.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting directly authorised mortgage advisors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience using recruitment software and CRM systems.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for talent acquisition.
Desirable:
- Background in recruitment within the mortgage or financial services sector.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, and others.
- Ability to work to set targets and KPIs.
