Relationship Manager - Corporate Finance

Are you a dynamic, client-focused professional looking to grow or start a career in corporate finance? We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join this independent finance broker specialising in all forms of property and business finance.

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, supporting them in finding the right lenders and managing the process from start to finish. Working closely with a team of Corporate Finance brokers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth transactions while identifying new business opportunities.

Your role will involve

  • Building and maintaining strong client and lender relationships
  • Supporting brokers with finance proposals, document collection, and deal structuring.
  • Manage the process from lender selection to decision, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare presentations and packs for clients and lenders.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
  • Assisting with social media content and company marketing.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date customer database and ensuring

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills who is
  • Highly organised and has excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client needs
  • Proactive and ambitious attitude to career development.
  • Previous experience in finance or banking is beneficial but not essential.

This role offers a competitive basic salary, commission on successful deals, and additional earnings for cross-selling opportunities. You’ll also receive private healthcare, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and office closure over Christmas. A mobile phone and laptop will be provided to support your role.
