As an Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts. You'll have the chance to work closely with clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Commission

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

? Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients daily, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.

Handle client requests and policy changes efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.

Stay up-to-date with insurer products, providing informed advice to clients.

Research options for annual renewal and present recommendations to clients.

Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and insurers.

Deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet client expectations.

? Escalate any issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution.

Key Competencies:

? Insurance experience would be an advantage but not necessary

Attention to detail.

Professional and efficient demeanour.

Strong numeracy skills.

Commercial awareness.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Clear and friendly communication style.

Impeccable service focus and urgency.

? Ability to manage workload efficiently.

Desirable:

Insurance or brokerage experience.

Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.
